Missionary Practice
Once the 5-month training is completed, the seminarian is guided according to their skills, vocation, and performance to carry out their 12-month missionary practice in areas with little presence of the gospel. They can also develop it at a location within the ministries of OCI (Outpost Centers International) or in their local church, directed by the district pastor who provides the endorsement for the missionary work to be carried out. (At this point, there should be direct contact with the leadership of the Redemption ministry and the leadership of the field association where the seminarian will carry out the practice).
Includes
Job and Service Opportunities: Candidates from the Industrial Seminar will contribute to the daily operations of the Redénsión Ministry, participating in practical activities and projects with real impact.
Accommodation and Food: During the 7 months of the program, participants will receive accommodation and food at the Redénsión Ministry, ensuring that everyone can participate regardless of their economic resources.
Economic Support: Recognizing that many people may face economic difficulties, the Industrial Seminar offers free access to the program for those in need. Our goal is to eliminate financial barriers and provide development opportunities for everyone. It will begin with three months of trials based on their attitude and aptitude in their physical, emotional, and spiritual development.
Comprehensive Preparation: In addition to acquiring practical skills, candidates will receive spiritual and community support, preparing them for the SEVEN Seminar and beyond.
